BDC Conferences... Supporting The Conference Cloud

The Business Design Centre is in full support of the ABPCO's new campaign – The Conference Cloud - which aims to put an end to Wi-Fi fees for conference delegates by encouraging venues across the UK to offer free Wi-Fi access.
We have been offering free Wi-Fi since earlier on this year and hope that this adds to your event and delegate experience on site with us. There is information on other higher bandwidth options and dedicated wired lines available in our conference brochure below. |
Conference Team
There are four team members in the BDC Conference Department; Max, Kate, Emma and Lucy will be on hand to help with any queries that you may have relating to your event or stay here in London. Once an event is booked with us you will be assigned a direct point of contact for your event to be on hand for the pre-event management right through to your de-brief. This will either be Kate Simpson, Emma Clarke or Lucy Walker and our details can be found in the contacts seciton of the manual. If you get stuck though call the office on 0207 288 6424.
Conference Manual
Here you will find your first point of call for all the questions normally asked regarding our Conference Centre. You will find contacts for our suppliers, details for everything from the signage dimensions and even the names of staff you will meet on site during your event. Our Conference Manual is constantly updated with the most relevant information so if we've missed anything that you need then please just ask.
Conference Brochure
If you want to take a document to your client, team or sales meeting for example; then you might be interested to download our Conference Brochure. This again will be updated from time to time with up-to-date images, contact information and changes as a result of refurbishment.
Getting Here and Providing Directions
The Business Design Centre is an easy place to find. It is serviced by Angel Tube Station and Highbury and Islington Overland and Underground services, as well as many bus serivces which stop just outside. You can find our location map below which is available for download and also, several planning tools for arriving by foot, bike, and car. There's more information on our car park here.
