There is a facility at the Centre to organise a large range of office services, such as standard photocopying, colour copying, printing, binding etc and the provision to purchase most types of office stationary.

OPERATING HOURS (Organisers)
Recommended build up, opening and breakdown times:
OPEN DAYS: 10.00hrs - 18.00hrs (Monday - Saturday) and 15.00hrs (Sunday) Closing at 16.00hrs on the final day to allow for breakdown time (earlier if the final day falls on a Sunday)
BUILD UP & BREAKDOWN
08.00hrs - 20.00hrs (Monday - Friday)
08.00hrs - 20.00hrs (Saturday)
09.00hrs - 18.00hrs (Sunday)
By special request, certain events may extend these opening hours (except those stipulated for Sunday) but approval must be obtained from the Project Manager, who will also advise on additional charges as appropriate.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE CENTRE OPEN BEYOND THE TIMES STIPULATED WITHIN ITS OPERATING LICENSE
The Permitted Serving Hours are:-
08.00hrs - 22.00hrs on Mondays to Fridays
08.00hrs - 20.00hrs on Saturdays
09.00hrs - 18.00hrs on Sundays
ORDER FORMS (Organisers/ Exhibitors)
Sample forms can be found at the rear of the manual. We can provide copies of the forms on disc or by Email if required. Please contact your Project Manager.
We recommend a return date of at least 21 days before the commencement of the tenancy for the return of the forms. Please agree this with your Project Manager.
- ALL ORDERS RECEIVED LATER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% SURCHARGE *
- ALL ON SITE ORDERS WILL BE SURCHARGED 20%
ORGANISER'S OFFICE (Organisers)
The Organiser's Office (Unit 208) is located on the Mezzanine Level and equipped with a lounge area, kitchen area incorporating a sink, fridge and water cooler, private office incorporating a safe (returnable deposit required for the key), reception desk, storage units, complimentary photocopier, fax machine, telephones and public address system. It is also fully air-conditioned.
