- 9 Jun 2008 : BDC are double winners at the ‘Giant Green Awards’
- The Business Design Centre (BDC) scooped 2 prizes at the inaugural ‘Giant Green Awards’ organised by Islington Council. The first was picked up in the waste minimisation category and the second was as the overall winners of the ‘large companies’ category. The gala ceremony, held at the HAC on City Road last week celebrated the commitment of Islington businesses to environmental responsibility. more info
- 14 May 2008 : BDC announces new partnership with AVC Productions
- After a competitive tender process the Business Design Centre (BDC) is delighted to announce that AVC Productions have been appointed as the recommended audio visual (AV) contractor for the venue. They will be based onsite, in a state of the art showroom, which will enable them to provide the best possible service. They will be a welcome addition to the venues total customer care offer. more info

- As part of the Business Design Centre’s commitment to the local community and long standing relationship with City and Islington College (CIC), the company invited students to take part in mock interview exercises in March with BDC’s Chief Executive, Dominic Jones. more info
- 17 Apr 2008 : BDC invites all clients to attend free seminar on new H & S legislation
- The Business Design Centre (BDC) continuously looks to provide value-added services to its event organisers in order to make the organising process at the venue as stress-free as possible. With the recent changes to Health & Safety (H & S) legislation in mind, the BDC invited all of its organisers and contractors to a free half-day seminar on the 7th April. more info

- The Business Design Centre is delighted to announce the official opening of Silent Gliss’s newly refurbished showroom. The opening, on the 3rd April 2008, was attended by key customers and management of Silent Gliss Ltd., Silent Gliss International Group Headquarters and the BDC. more info
