John Harris and Barry Moore formed The Good Eating Company with a very simple yet fundamental goal. To cook delicious food and to serve it consistently well. This simple yet often forgotten philosophy is coupled with a contemporary approach to design and delivery.
John has extensive kitchen experience along with a passion for food which is unique for a Director within this market sector. He has a desire to seek the best ingredients and strives for incremental improvement with every dish that is prepared.

Barry who already shares a ten-year working relationship with John concentrates on delivering the company's service with a stylish yet practical edge. He has international experience having worked within operations in the U.K., France and Australia.

Their focused approach has resulted in profitable operations for both them and their clients because people enjoy eating the food and enjoy the service, and not because they cut corners or take profit out of the food's
