Venue Services Toolkit
Are you an exhibitor for an event being held at the Business Design Centre?
If so - your first point of contact should be your personal exhibitor manual from the organisers of the show you are exhibiting at. Please let us know if you still have a query though, you will be able to find the relevant contact in your manual.
Exhibition Organisers
We are happy that you have chosen to bring your exhibition here to the Business Design Centre and hope that this section of the website will help you to make the most of our exhibition services. If there’s anything that we have missed or you would like to see though please feel free to ask your dedicated Venue Services Manager.
Venue Services Department
There are five members in our Venue Services Department; Bradley, Georgina, Nick, Hayley, Victoria and Jemma will be on hand to help with any queries that you may have relating to your exhibition. This integral department links all of our in house services from shell scheme and electrics through to the catering and AV. As well as this we endeavour to enable your exhibitors to create a stand that helps them to have a successful show.
Once an exhibition is confirmed with your Sales Manager you will be assigned a direct point of contact for your event to be on hand for the pre-event management right through to your de-brief. This will be one of the team listed below. If you get stuck though call the office on 0207 288 6707 and someone will be happy to help.
