The Business Design Centre has confirmed it is to take part in Virtual Event World, the world’s only fully-immersive 3D platform for event professionals.
The BDC will have a stand presence at the event and organisers all over the world will be able to download venue information and arrange virtual meetings with the venue team, all from the comfort of their desks.
Virtual Event World opens its virtual doors on February 14 and provides all event professionals – organisers, venues and suppliers – with a 3D environment in which they can network, do business and take part in topical and informative seminar sessions.
Carly Melzack, communications manager, Business Design Centre, commented: “The Business Design Centre is delighted to be involved with Virtual Event World. It is our chance to embrace the ever growing virtual opportunities within the events world. The community and networking elements within this virtual event will work alongside and complement the traditional exhibition sector. Virtual Event World will, we hope, give us exposure on a global scale over a long time period. We are excited to see what this new technology has to offer.”
Neil Fagg, show director, added: “Naturally, we are delighted that the Business Design Centre is now on board and will be exhibiting at the event. Virtual Event World enables an organiser to extend their event over a 10-month period, opening a host of opportunities for both their visitors and exhibitors. It allows an organiser to communicate with their audience before and after their event, resulting in greater exposure and more leads for their exhibitors too.”
Virtual Event World is also pleased to announce that it has the support of Smarter Shows' Live Event Expo and both ESSA and the AEV – all three organisations and bodies are now official show partners.
