12 Blogs of Xmas: Day 9 ~ Jack Williams

13.12.2016

Next up on the #12blogsofXmas is Jack Williams, one of our Venue Services managers at the Business Design Centre. Jack has worked at the venue for a number of years so has celebrated quite a few Christmases with us! Let’s find out more about his own Christmas traditions...

How long have you been working at the venue/ what’s your favourite thing about working here?

I’ve been working at the venue for 4 years now and my favourite thing is the people. I started at the Business Design Centre as an Operations Manager for Teamwork UK and I have recently moved on to the role of Venue Services Manager.

Who is the most festive person in your office and how does your team celebrate?

I would say Terry Stark. Not sure how he celebrates but I know he has a Christmas Jumper and that’s one more than me…

Where is your favourite local spot to have a festive drink? Or maybe a Christmas market/shopping spot in London?

Oxford Street always makes me feel festive!

What are your favourite Christmas tradition, song, food and film?

My favourite song is definitely Fairy Tale of New York, favourite food is the classic pigs in blanket and I have three favourite films- Elf, Bad Santa and Die Hard I.

Finally what does the New Year have in store for you and the company? Do you have any New Year resolutions?

I haven’t got any resolutions at the moment but I am really looking forward to working on more shows in the New Year!

Take a look at our other #12blogsofxmas to find out how the rest of the team will be celebrating Christmas.
