Founded by brother and sister team Marcel Grzyb and Oriona Robb, Galley was born out of a love of food and cooking, fused with a natural affinity for style. The founders wanted to create a place where exciting food, design-led interiors and a warm atmosphere come together. Contemporary in nature, the food draws on global influences and seasonal ingredients to create stylish artisan dishes.
Led by Head Chef Marcel Grzyb, Galley offers a versatile menu with fish, meat and vegetable dishes across small and large plates, platters and sides. Taking inspiration from each of the seasons and sourcing from artisan suppliers, Marcel’s unique menu is influenced by the cooking styles and flavours from North Africa, Asia, South America and Europe.
His love of creative cooking and particular expertise in fish is evident in his food with a mix of raw and cooked dishes on the menu. Every day, Marcel and his team hand pick ingredients selecting each for its flavour and freshness. Then everything is prepared and cooked in front of you, in our stylish Galley kitchen.
