Chick ‘n’ Sours – the next level fried chicken restaurant that’s made big waves across London with its Haggerston and Covent Garden branches – has arrived on your doorstep in Islington!
If you’ve not been before...you’ve guessed it. Fried chicken is our game. Ours is herb-fed, and free-range. We fry in rapeseed oil because it’s healthier and lighter. Our sides and sharing dishes will blow you away – from ‘Bang Bang Cucumbers’ to our ‘loaded fries’ – taste is king here. We offer sandwiches but also bone-in fry and tenders. Our wings are award-winning! Try the Kung Pao ones for extra heat.

What’s the inside info on the new dishes?
CHILLI FISH SAUCE CARAMEL WINGS
This is our version of a classic fish sauce. It’s a simple ingredients Tamarind, palm sugar, fish sauce, chilli – sweet, sour, sticky and hot.
"Just like prawn toast but with chicken". Obviously inspired by prawn toast, but one year in development! C&S dresses the toast with chilli fish sauce caramel and a ‘slaw of kohlrabi & lime kosho.
A Korean glazed burger that's made with roast chicken fat - hence the Schmaltzy bit. A messy, indulgent affair topped with nacho cheese & kimchi made by Carl & Davids good friends @ Eaten Alive. Has been on the specials board in the past and a massive hit, so going on the menu full time.
