The Future Forum: Celebrating 30 Years of CIBSE Young Engineering Talent

A celebration of CIBSE Young Engineering talent featuring the presentation of CIBSE YEN's 30 Under 30 awardees and the shortlist for the 30th annual CIBSE Young Engineers Awards.

Join CIBSE YEN members, Young Engineers Awards past winners and 2025 hopefuls for an evening of celebration aimed at recognising the young engineering talent in the CIBSE community. The event will kick off at 17:30 with refreshments and a chance to network with peers. Guests can expect a warm welcome from CIBSE President Vince Arnold, a review of the last 30 years of the YEA’s with founder Ewan Rose, and Tim Dwyer, a retrospective round table with past winners as well as an announcement of the YEN 30 Under 30 awardees and YEA shortlist.
