Say you'll be there... Running from 28th July – 20th August: SPICE UP LONDON!

Walking you back through British pop music history of the 90s, music and fashion fans will be able to take a trip down memory lane by attending the biggest Spice Girls memorabilia exhibition of its kind ever!

Taking over the Business Design Centre (BDC) for a three-week exhibition, from 28th July – 20th August Spice Up London will be showcasing thousands of fan’s favourite memorabilia including some of the Girl’s most iconic stage costumes.

Emma Clarke, Venue Sales Manager at the BDC commented…

“I am delighted to welcome Spice Up London to the venue, our first ever Spice Girls exhibition! The dedication of the organisers has been over a life time and they have collected over 4000 pieces. This Friday at the VIP launch night all the years of collecting will be well worth it, as their showcase opens to the world.

I am looking forward to seeing the original Spice Bus that has been restored to its former glory and see the show specific Big Bus tour taking fans around London to significant Spice Girls locations. The BDC feels privileged to be the home of the first ever UK exhibition before it is destined for Manchester and many more UK cities. We can’t wait!”

Collected over the years by the organisers themselves the pieces of costumes and memorabilia portray the sheer size of the Spice World and their willingness to share their dedication with the endless reliable fans!

Alan Smith-Allison, the organiser of the event stated…

“#SpiceUpLondon has been a long time in the making, but it has grown beyond even my hopes for it. The interest in the exhibition has been massive and I can’t wait to show off what we have achieved. The London exhibition looks set to be the biggest music exhibition ever and it continues to grow with new events and exhibits being added every day.”

The pop music history timeline shown throughout the exhibition further conveys the continuing success of the band and proves that regardless of their absence of the modern music of today, their domination of the industry and legacy are unforgettable.

As well as reminiscing over this much missed girl group, alongside the exhibition the event will include other activities such as the Big Bus Tour taking visitors around London which promises to be an enjoyable experience for everyone attending.

If you want to remember the effortless fashion of one of Britain’s favourite female bands, clear your summer calendar for a day and ‘Say You’ll Be There’!
