Introducing eight new high-definition digital screens across the iconic front façade of the Business Design Centre. Available from October, this premium branding opportunity helps organisers, exhibitors and sponsors maximise visibility and make a powerful first impression.

What's New

Create an unforgettable first impression with the Business Design Centre’s new front window digital signage, offering event organisers and sponsors a premium opportunity to engage visitors before they even enter the venue.

As part of our continued investment in creating exceptional event experiences, we are introducing eight high-definition digital screens across our iconic front windows

Designed to enhance event branding, sponsorship opportunities and visitor engagement, these new screens provide organisers with a dynamic new platform to showcase content at one of the most important moments in the attendee journey: arrival.

Located in the heart of Islington and visible to thousands of pedestrians and visitors each week, the screens offer a high-impact opportunity to increase awareness, amplify messaging and create a memorable first impression.

On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know, including key benefits, technical specifications, FAQs and available event packages.

The First Touchpoint, Elevated

The entrance to your event plays a crucial role. It is the moment attendees begin forming first impressions and connecting with sponsors, setting the tone for the rest of the day and reinforcing brand identity.

Officially available from October, our new front window digital signage transforms the Business Design Centre’s iconic glass façade into a high-impact digital canvas. Featuring eight high-definition screens, this new infrastructure will enable organisers to deliver dynamic content and create a seamless brand experience.

What does this mean for my event and sponsors?

The new screens will not disrupt the look of the BDC’s front entrance or limit branding opportunities. Quite the opposite, they have been designed to deliver:

  • Premium, enhanced branding at one of the most important touchpoints for any event – the arrival to the venue;
  • A new opportunity to deliver dynamic content – including stills, videos and animations;
  • Combinations of traditional print and digital content;
  • Enhanced brand awareness, including pre-event promotions.
  • Streamlined booking process – one point of contact for all window bookings
Why is the BDC investing in digital infrastructure?

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and enhancing the visitor experience, this investment reflects our ambition to continually improve how we connect with audiences and support the success of the events and businesses that call the Business Design Centre home.

This investment supports our long-term vision to provide organisers with modern, flexible branding solutions while creating a more connected and engaging experience for attendees.

Will I still be able to install printed vinyl on the windows?

Absolutely! Printed window vinyl opportunities will remain available across designated areas of the façade. The introduction of the new screens is designed to complement and elevate, rather than replace, traditional branding options.

Our team can advise on the best combinations of print and digital solutions to maximise visibility for your event.

What content can be displayed?

The screens support a variety of content formats including:

  • Static branding
  • Animations and promotional videos
  • Sponsor messages
  • Welcome content
  • Event information
How can I use these screens to their maximum potential?

For best results, we recommend:

  • Using impactful, short-form video content or motion graphics
  • Running welcome messages
  • Promoting key speakers and exhibitors
When will the screens be available?

The front window digital signage is expected to be available for hire from early October 2026. Please contact us to discuss availability and package options for your event: media@bdc.london

Sustainability Benefits

The move to outdoor digital signage supports the Business Design Centre’s sustainability objectives by reducing the need for large-format printed materials and minimising installation waste. The screens also provide greater flexibility, allowing content to be updated instantly without additional production requirements or to be reused year on year.
