The Good Eating Company has been working with The Business Design Centre since 1999, providing a distinctive and creative catering service for all guests attending conferences, events or exhibitions.
Our bespoke menus are created by our talented chefs using fresh, seasonal, high quality ingredients sourced from our carefully selected local suppliers. Our chefs create menus that not only look fabulous but taste amazing and nourishing; keeping our guests energised throughout the day.

Michael has worked at a number of highly regarded restaurants including the classic St James’s restaurant Le Caprice and Eastwell Manor set in the heart of the Kent Countryside and holder of 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence. Michael brings a fresh, dynamic approach to the food at the Business Design Centre creating innovative menus for every occasion, complementing the surroundings and enhancing the guest experience.
Maxwell, our hospitality and fine dining development chef, works closely with Michael creating bespoke menus for all events at the BDC. Having trained at The Berkeley and worked at St. JOHN Restaurant, Maxwell brings a depth of culinary expertise to BDC events.
Duncan has worked in some of the finest Michelin starred restaurants including Heathcote’s and Daniel Boulud, New York. He also spent six years in Dubai working as the Executive Chef at the Rivington Grill for Caprice. Duncan supports Michael developing the menus for Jacks.
