BDC London Events - January 2020 Edition
Happy New Year! We hope you all enjoyed the festive season. We are starting 2020 by welcoming a variety of events. Take a look at what’s coming up!
Starting the New Year, TES Global launches TES Jobs Fair at the BDC on 11th & 12th January. This two-day event is the perfect opportunity to gain practical advice on interviews, applying and relocating for teaching jobs abroad. You can expect to meet and connect with 1.9 global network of educators who are actively looking for new opportunities.
Next up, on the 15th-16th we are looking forward to hosting The London Textile Fair. The show features over 470 exhibitors, providing a platform for manufacturers to introduce new products to the most influential British buyers and designers. This event provides the opportunity for suppliers, designers, buyers, distributors and manufacturers to discover new connections, maintain existing relationships to source new products, network with industry colleagues, and assess competitors.
The following week, The London Art Fair joins us on 21st-26th January. Come along to the 31st edition of the show to enjoy the most exceptional modern and contemporary art of our time, opportunities for tours, screens and curated spaces. With a packed programme of talks, tours and performances, this is not one to miss! This event enables you to gain tips on building your art collection and provides a timely review of the art market today.
Next on the agenda on the 28th-30th The Festival of Genomics will be returning for its fifth year. This is your chance to immerse yourself in genomics, understand trends, developments and dynamic undercurrents that are shaping the use of genomics. You can expect to walk away with an understanding of the forces behind the major moves and developments in the field of genomics, network and increase connections.
We are proud to be hosting the AEO Forums on 31st January providing the definitive business networking opportunity for event industry professionals. Introducing the theme of ‘Work smarter, not harder’ this is the ideal opportunity to analyse the pressures event professionals face, focus on building resilience and maximise effectiveness. Each forum is specifically tailed to marketing, operations or sales professionals who are involved in staging, managing, promoting and hosting events.
