Facilities & Estates Management Live, the brand new event in the calendar for FM & Estates practitioners. Brought to you by the team behind the award-winning Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), the show takes place at the Business Design Centre London on the 7th & 8th October 2025. Our content theatres will appeal to Facilities & Estates practitioners of all levels, and some of the leading FM service providers & product suppliers will be showcasing their offerings via exhibition stands. The seminar programme will reflect a wide range of topics impacting the sector, including meeting ESG goals, the Real Estate challenges in managing a hybrid workforce and the impact of AI and data technologies on the ways FM services are managed. Here, the Facilities & Estates Management Live organisers will draw on over 20-years covering the FM market to bring together some of the greatest minds in FM to share their valuable insights (CPD points will be available to those who attend). There is also a product & service forum theatre, which will give visitors the opportunity to learn more about some of the latest products and innovations via a series of technical briefings.
