The Business Design Centre (BDC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Hayley Constable to Head of Exhibition Services, recognising her outstanding contribution to the venue over more than 15 years.
At the BDC, recognising, developing and retaining talent from within is central to our ethos. Hayley’s appointment reflects both her long‑standing commitment to the organisation and our continued investment in strong, experienced leadership as the venue enters its next phase of growth.
Supporting operational excellence
Hayley joined the Business Design Centre in 2008 and has since played a central role in the continued success of the Venue Services department.
Over the course of her career at the BDC, she has supported the delivery of the venue’s strong financial performance, contributed to the wider facilities remit and led major operational projects and events.
Her experience spans some of our best-known and complex events, including Progressive Greetings Live, London Art Fair and Exclusively Housewares, working closely with organisers, contractors and internal teams to ensure consistently high standards of service and delivery.
Leading Exhibition Services into the next phase
In her new role as Head of Exhibition Services, Hayley will work alongside Venue Services Director Bradley Cordes, helping to lead the wider Exhibition Services team. Together, they will focus on driving the Business Design Centre’s next phase of performance, service delivery and operational excellence.
The role plays a key role in supporting event organisers and customers, ensuring exhibitions are delivered smoothly, safely and to the highest standards.

Reflecting on her appointment, Hayley Constable commented:
