We have a few must-reads for you below. These highlight our Health and Safety practices and must be shared with your exhibitors so they can familiarise themselves with the venue.

We are proud members of the Association of Event Venues (AEV), who provide guidance, advice and insight through their e-guide, which we have adopted. From build-ups and breakdowns, to signage, crowd management and more, this guide has everything you need to know.

You can also have a chat with your Venue Services Manager about our Online Ordering System, and they will get your event set up and ready to share. This system will allow your exhibitors to order our stand services easily and efficiently.

It’s floorplanning time! Have a look at our floorplan templates to get an idea of the Mezzanine, Village Green, Gallery Bay, Gallery Hall and Conference Centre spaces to help you in planning your next steps. Your assigned Venue Services Manager will help you create your personalised event floorplan.


The BDC is now proud to be B Corp Certified, as well as being a certified carbon neutral venue since 2010, now setting its sights on becoming net-zero before 2030 and we want to bring you on this journey with us.

From the provision of our onsite suppliers to signage suggestions, and attendee advice to charity donation pointers, it is vital that you have a read to ensure your event leaves less of an impact on the environment. Post-tenancy, you will be given your Environmental Impact Report which summarises your performance, covering waste levels, energy usage, catering data and more. Marketing your event

We’d love to get you listed on our What’s On page, so head to our website to create an organiser account with us, where our marketing team will activate it. You can include event open dates, times, descriptions, weblinks, imagery and more. If you would like assistance with this, please email our Marketing Coordinator, Yasmin Ansari. Similarly, you can get in touch with her if you have any social media content that you’d like us to schedule in prior to your event.

Additionally, we have plenty of branding opportunities venue-wide, from billboards to branding the front facing windows; the options are endless here at the BDC. To find out more, you can request our branding pack by emailing Yasmin, who can assist if you would like to book a branding slot in*, or if have any further questions.
